EVENT: ChinaEU First Year Anniversary with the Chinese Ambassador
To celebrate our first year anniversary, we will hold a high-level event on 25th May.
The event, entitled, “China-EU partnerships in the Digital industry: with the Chinese Ambassador and Digital Leaders”, will take place at the
China Cultural Center

from 18:00 to 22:00
Special guest of the night will be Ambassador Yang Yanyi, Head of the Chinese Mission to the EU, who will share her views on the political objectives of China-EU digital cooperation, with a focus on China’s goals and ambitions for the digital economy, as outlined in the new Five Year Plan adopted this spring.
Business representatives of the digital sector will subsequently showcase their experiences of how the evolving China-EU digital partnership translates into concrete opportunities for companies.
Closing remarks by Luc Tholoniat, Member of Cabinet of President Juncker, who will discuss the benefits of such partnership for European consumers and the European economy overall.
